"When I was a kid, one of the rides at KiddieLand busted out my front tooth so I had to get a fake one. It's not as cool as, say, having an eye patch, but you take what you can get, I guess. Anyway, they shut that place down."

"About us? What's to know about us? I had a diary with a kitten on the cover in fourth grade. Does that help?"

Crazy kids. A few nights ago, my little one wouldn't go to sleep. No amount of singing, rocking, cuddling, reading stories, thirty drinks of water...errrr. Nothing worked. Until I got frustrated and tickled her. She laughed hysterically for a few minutes, then gave me a hug and kiss and fell asleep before I walked out of her bedroom.
