My vacuum is homeless. I put it in the laundry room when we have company, but I do laundry too often for it to live there premanently. I'm afraid to put it in the linen closet where the Linen Closet Troll lives. And the closet that it used to dwell in before there were three adorable children living here is now filled with pretty girl clothes and toys.
So? Where does your vacuum live? I need some ideas.

I have a closet for mine, but mostly, it just gets moved from room to room because it gets used so often. What if you put it behind the chair in your living room?
In the new house, it lives in the laundry closet --or more often than not, in Lindsey's room, since she's the one with the cats and clearly needs it lots...
In our house it lives in the linen closet which has been revamped into a pantry. It fits at the bottom among the boxes of Kleenex and tins of tomato juice. Well it's out of the way and handy to get. I hope you find a place for yours soon!
