Sometimes all you need to win the game (scrabble) is a two letter word.
os (n.): mouth [pl. ora, both pronounced with a long o]
jo (n.): sweetheart

Is "jo" pronounce "joe" or "ho"? These are the questions that keep me up at night...
with a j, jo
I knew the meaning of 'os'. That is only because I remember my OB talking about the 'os' in reference to the cervix and labor and delivery. Sorry to gross out any males reading this.
